The 1893-1896 voyage of the Navarch does have a crew list in the front of the log. The fronts pieces of the log include a newspaper cutting about 5th mate Fred West - a right old character. You might find additional names throughout the log to post here as well, all information is helpful and it is fun to get to know your crew!

On May 24th 1895 the Blacksmith suffers a bad haemorrhage

Navarch to the rescue! It's self-help in the Arctic. At that time the help signal was probably the ship's flag hoisted upside down.
