'Unprecedented,' 'Gobsmacked', 'Unbelievable': Changes in Antarctica's sea ice could have dramatic impacts, says climate scientist Edward Doddridge
In 1898, the crew of the first scientific expedition to Antarctica became trapped inside sea ice around the southernmost continent.
Much of that once thick ice is dwindling, says polar researcher Edward Doddridge.

Re: Chat
Hope you have a great flight on the 27th to DownUnder.
Don't forget your laptop to keep up your great OW work on the (probably boring) flight.

Re: Chat
I would, except I don't own a laptop. Nor do I have an extension cord long enough to plug in my computer and monitor for the duration of the flight. Besides that, my 27" monitor would span at least three or maybe four seats in economy. My fellow seatmates would not be pleased.

For those mechanically, electrically and computer minded
This place is a model engineers (and kids) heaven. All worlds are run by computer code and some by AI.
The car race is fully controlled by AI (no humans) Check out the specs mentioned in the video
Enjoy the labour of the model makers and coders.
